 
Pianist and conductor Reed Woodhouse is a Senior Coach at Juilliard
School of Music, where he also co-directs the Juilliard Opera Workshop.
He was formerly music director of the New England Conservatory Opera
Workshop and co-director of the Des Moines Metro Opera apprentice
program. He has coached at Glimmerglass Opera and Chautauqua
Opera. In addition to his work as a musician, Reed Woodhouse has also
taught English literature at many universities and colleges, including
Boston College, Wellesley College, and the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology. His book "Unlimited Embrace: A Canon of Gay Fiction,
1945-1995, a groundbreaking study of gay-male fiction, has just been
re-issued in paperback from the University of Massachusetts Press.
